Here's your chance! Wal-Mart and Seventeen are looking for girls just like you to model in the September and/or October 2006 Trend*Alert ads. You'll be flown to New York for a professional photo shoot and get a complete makeover from Seventeen Style Pro, Bevin. Here's how you can participate!
What to Do: If you are between the ages of 13 and 21, between now and April 18th, e-mail us two recent photos of yourself (one head-shot and one full-body shot, no group shots) along with the completed Trend*Alert questionnaire (which you can download right here).
What We are Looking For: Girls with their own unique style. There are no height or weight requirements! All photos will be reviewed by a panel of Seventeen's style experts!
What Happens if You are Selected? We'll fly you (and a guardian if you are under 18) to New York for our photo shoot so you must be available on May 11th and 12th, 2006 (you will be required to sign a release prior to coming). You'll spend one night in a hip New York hotel, have your hair and makeup done by professionals and Bevin will style you in a whole new look from Wal-Mart! And the best news? Your picture will appear in Seventeen's September and/or October issue and will be seen by millions of people! That's one way to guarantee a call from your crush!
When We Will Decide: We are going to make our selection on or about April 20, 2006.
