Gen Art and Project Runway will be teaming up again to host the open calls for season three of Bravo's smash series. If you are an emerging fashion designer with talent and would be interested in being a participant on the television show, there will be open calls in four cities next Month.Los Angeles: March 18-19

STYLES DESIGN COMPETITION DEADLINE APPROACHES
To download application for Styles 2006, click here.The deadline for Gen Art's 8th Annual Styles International Styles Competition is approaching on Friday, March 17th.The competition is based on the submission of digital images (front and back) of two looks in the following categories: Women's Ready to Wear, Menswear, Women's Avant Garde, Women's Eveningwear, Accessories and the Perrier "Bubbling Under" Award for Design.Designers can be students, asst. designers or in business for themselves for up to seven years. All submissions will be reviewed by a Selection Committee of 25-30 top editors, stylists and buyers who know the emerging designer market and they will choose five finalists in each category.The pieces from the 30 finalists will be showcased in a very high-profile fashion and awards event taking place on May 16th before 1,500 guests at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.Winners will each receive an award and a $5,000 grant, and the winner of the Perrier Bubbling Under Award will receive a $10,000 grant.
