NYC: Urban Theatre - M/F 20-40

Strife's Way Productions is casting actors, lyricists, and martial artists for "Lyrical Arts" a hip hop/martial arts comedy. Rehearsals start February 1st. Performing seven shows April 5th-9th inside the Grand Theatre at the Producers Club.

Seeking Non-Union:
Venom: Early 20s, black male, amazing freestyling ability required, fighting skills a plus
Chris: Venom's annoying younger brother, must be legally 18 to play 13
Tina: Early 20s, black female, attractive R&B singer, southern accent and singing ability required
Pressure: 40s, black male, ruthless gang leader/businessman Erica, Latasha, Sherry: Pressure's groupies
Spin: 20s, caucasian male, Pressure's loyal and best martial artist.
Kain: Heavyset Funk Master Flex type, host of the "Battle or Die" freestyle competition, must have incredible energy and improv ability Shake Down and Smack Down: Muscle-bound highly skilled martial art brothers, twins a plus Males and Females 18+, any ethnicity to play as lyricists and various characters.

Auditions will be held January 18th in Manhattan by appointment only.
