The History Channel is looking for dynamic people who are passionate about History to host programs in development at the network. Areas of specialty include: --Technology and How Things Work --Military History (especially 1980 -- 2005) --Popular Culture --Culinary History + Food Chemistry --Collectibles/Memorabilia --Ancient History --Religion & Theology Ideal hosts are dynamic, exciting and passionate and can make the subject matter come alive on television. All should be telegenic and well-spoken, at ease in front of the camera and inter-acting with other people. Should be able to generate your own content (i.e. work without a script). All must be mature and feel credible. Sense of humor required.
