"Daughters of Freedom" is a play with music about the unsung heroines of the American Revolution. We perform for schools primarily. The production is about 55 minutes long.Non-Union$40/performance plus mileage
Casting: African-American actress who can sing to play Phillis Wheatley,poetess and Elizabeth Freeman, aka 'Mumbet', who sued for her freedom from slavery and won.
We have confirmed bookings on Long island and the performer needs to have a car to get to rehearsals and shows.
